All Products purchased from this Website and authorised sellers come with a 12 month warranty against defects. The item must be returned to the place of purchase with the addition of a receipt or order confirmation number. The full name of the original purchaser must be received with the Product for the warranty to be valid if purchased online.
The warranty is not valid if the Product(s) were purchased from an unauthorised seller. Please refer to the stockists page to ensure that you have purchased the Product(s) from an authorised seller. If the Product(s) have been damaged by accident, unauthorised service, negligence, natural wear and tear or any other factors not relating to material defects or craftsmanship, the warranty is not valid. The warranty is also not valid if the Product(s) has been lost.

The jewellery or accessories will be repaired or replaced and returned free of charge.
Joel Wade is proud to offer our customers hassle free returns and exchanges for our Products if the Product(s) have been damaged during delivery, you have received an incorrect order or you wish to make a valid warranty claim. An exchange or refund will be carried out once the Product(s) is returned within 7 days from receipt of your order. The returned Product(s) must include its original packaging and must be received in the same condition as when it was received. The order confirmation number and the original purchaser's full name are required to verify that the order was made on this Website.
It is recommended that the goods are returned via registered post, as Joel Wade is not responsible for damages or undelivered Product(s). Joel Wade is not responsible for delivery and shipping costs associated with returning your order or part order. The delivery address for returns and exchanges is PO Box 2008, Brisbane, Queensland, 4001, Australia. Please include a short explanatory note with the package being returned.
Returns from outside of Australia must include an explanatory note and the parcel must be marked with the words ‘Returned Goods’ to prevent the package being held by customs. We are not responsible for any duties, customs and delivery charges associated with the return of the Product(s).
Once we have received the original Product(s) we will organise delivery of the exchange to your nominated delivery address or process your refund via our PayPal Merchant’s account to your credit card or PayPal account. Please allow three (3) working days to receive your refund to the original credit card or PayPal account. Please note we do not accept return of pre-ordered Product(s), and exchanges are subject to stock availability. All “sale” items cannot be refunded. No refund or exchange will be provided if you change your mind or no longer want the Product(s) purchased.
